Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the radiator, hydraulic oil cooler, and fuel cooler.

Disconnect hose assemblies (1) and (3) from return manifold and oil cooler bypass valve (2).

Remove bolts (4), the plate, and the clamps.
Disconnect hose assembly (5) from hydraulic tank (6).

Disconnect hose assemblies (7) and (9) from return manifold and oil cooler bypass valve (2).
Remove bolts (10), the washers, and the clamps.
Disconnect hose assembly (8) from return manifold and oil cooler bypass valve (2).

Disconnect hose assembly (12), hose assembly (13), hose assembly (14), and hose assembly (15) from return manifold and oil cooler bypass valve (2).
Remove bolts (11) and return manifold and oil cooler bypass valve (2).Installation Procedure

Install return manifold and oil cooler bypass valve (2) and bolts (11).
Connect hose assembly (15), hose assembly (14), hose assembly (13), and hose assembly (12) to return manifold and oil cooler bypass valve (2).

Connect hose assembly (8) to return manifold and oil cooler bypass valve (2).
Install the clamps, the washers, and bolts (10).
Connect hose assemblies (9) and (7) to return manifold and oil cooler bypass valve (2).

Connect hose assembly (5) to hydraulic tank (6).
Install the clamps, the plate, and bolts (4).

Connect hose assemblies (3) and (1) to return manifold and oil cooler bypass valve (2).End By:
Install the radiator, hydraulic oil cooler, and fuel cooler.
