189-0408 Shackle As 2 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Use Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to place aftercooler (26) into position. The weight of aftercooler (26) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).
Install bolt (27) and bolts (28).

Install bracket (23), bracket (20), bolt (25), bolts (24), bolts (22), and bolt (21).

Install bracket (19), bolt (20), and bolts (18).

Install brace (15), bolts (17), bolts (16), and bolts (14).

Install expansion tank (10).

Connect hose (9).

Position hose (7) and install cable straps (6).

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to position door (3). The weight of door (3) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb).
