The generator set is equipped with an integral dual point lift frame. The Lifting eye is positioned at either side of the canopy to allow easy access. The frame is position as close to the center of gravity of the generator set as is possible. However the center of gravity will change depending on package options and also volume of liquid on board . The center of gravity shifting may cause lift angle to vary between +5° and – 5 ° from horizontal. Ensure that generator set is not lifted if the angle of lift is outside these values.Ensure that correctly rated equipment is used to lift the generator set.4 Point Lift
The generator set is also equipped with lifting lugs on the side beams of the base frame. These can be used to lift the generator set, however the use of a spreader beam is required. Use of spreader beams will ensure that correct chain angles are achieved, and no damage occurs to the generator set enclosure.Transportation of the Generator Set
