1. Disconnect two air lines (3) and (4) from the double check valve.2. Remove union (2). 3. Remove double check valve (1) from the brake relay valve.4. Install double check valve (1) on the brake relay valve. Install the union in the double check valve.5. Connect air lines (3) and (4) to the valve.Disassemble And Assemble Double Check Valve
start by:a) remove double check valve 1. Remove cap (1) and gasket from the valve body. 2. Remove retainer and seat assembly (3) from body (2).3.
