Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device into Locations (X). The weight of hydraulic tank (24) is approximately 794 kg (1750 lb).
Position hydraulic tank (24). Install bolts (23). Repeat for the other side.
Position the cap and install bolts (23). Tighten bolts (23) to a torque of 515 20 N m (380 15 lb ft).
Connect hose assemblies (20), (21), and (22).

Connect tube assemblies (15) and (16). Connect hose assemblies (14), (17), and (18).
Connect harness assemblies (13).

Connect hose assemblies (10) and (12).
Connect harness assemblies (9) and (11).

Connect harness assembly (8).
Install hose (7) and tighten clamps on either end.
Connect hose assemblies (6).

Connect tube assemblies (2) and connect tube assembly (3) and (5). Install clamp (4).
Connect harness assemblies (1).
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Change". End By:
Remove the retaining cable and lower the truck body. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Truck Body Retaining Cable - Remove and Install".
