Remove the belts.

Remove bolts (1) and remove pulley (2) .

Remove bolts (3) and install Tooling (A) .
Remove remaining bolts (3) , bolts (5) , and spacer (4) .

Install a suitable lifting device onto vibration damper (6) . Install Tooling (B) onto the bottom of the aftercooler and onto the suitable lifting device. The weight of vibration damper (6) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Remove vibration damper (6) .Installation Procedure

Install a suitable lifting device onto vibration damper (6) . Install Tooling (B) onto the bottom of the aftercooler and onto the suitable lifting device. The weight of vibration damper (6) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Install vibration damper (6) .

Install spacer (4) and bolts (3) . Remove Tooling (A) and install the remaining bolts (3) .
Install bolts (5) .
Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 135 20 N m (100 15 lb ft).

Install pulley (2) . Install bolts (1) .
Install the belts.
