Removal Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before you begin the removal procedure, the exterior of the components should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Disconnect harness assemblies (1) .
Use two people in order to remove grills (2). The weight of each grill (2 ) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).

Disconnect harness assembly (3) and remove sensor (4) .

Remove bolts (5) and remove supports (6) and (7) .

Loosen clamps (8) and remove tube assembly (9). Repeat for the other side.

Loosen clamps (11). Remove bolts (10) and remove tube assemblies (12). Repeat for the other side.

Attach a suitable lifting device to stair assembly (13). The weight of stair assembly (13) is approximately 200 kg (440 lb).
Remove bolts (14). Remove stair assembly (13) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to aftercooler assembly (15). The weight of the aftercooler assembly (15) is approximately 476 kg (1050 lb).
Remove bolts (16) and repeat for the other side.
Remove aftercooler assembly (15) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to aftercooler (17). The weight of aftercooler (17) is approximately 136 kg (300 lb).
Remove bolts (18) and remove aftercooler (17) .
Repeat Steps 12 and 13 for the other aftercooler.
