Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the cowling. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cowling (Radiator) - Remove and Install".

Cut cable strap (2) and disconnect harness assembly (1).

Disconnect hose assemblies (3) and remove the fittings. Disconnect tube assembly (4) and remove the fitting.

Remove seal (5) and position harness assembly (6) inside the cab.
Remove bolts (7) and remove foot brake control (8).
If necessary, use the following procedure in order to disassemble the brake control:

Remove bolts (13) and remove cover (12). Remove screws (9) and remove sensor (11).
Remove pin (14) and remove foot pedal (10).
Remove pin (15) and remove roller (16).
Remove bolts (17) and remove brake valve (18).

Remove O-ring seal (19) from sensor (11).
