10. Install 4K-5122 Fuse Holder Assembly into fuse panel at location shown. Remove the tape from spare 112-PU in existing harness and attach to fuse holder. Install 176-OR, from 109-2805 Harness Assembly to the other side of the fuse holder. Install 3K-8782 Fuse in the holder.11. Use one of the following Steps depending on the type of dash panel on your machine.A. Trucks without a spare switch location in the dash panel: Remove the wires from the AETA and EMS test switches (two right hand switches). Remove the bezels and switches.
Trucks without a spare switch location in the dash panel:Cut the last two positions from a new 108-5472 Film as shown in the illustration and attach the cut portion to the dash.Install 3E-3744 Switch Assembly (Combination EMS/AETA Test Switch) in the next to last location with existing hardware. Connect the wires that were removed from the AETA and EMS switches earlier (415-GN, 200-BK, 700-PK and 767-WH) to the switch as shown in the illustration.B. Trucks with a spare switch location (no AETA) in the dash panel: Remove the plug in the dash panel. Cut the last position from a new 108-5472 Film as shown in the illustration and attach the cut portion to the dash.Fasten three 7N-8419 Terminals to 6T-3991 Switch Assembly (ARC ON/OFF).Install the switch assembly to the dash with 6T-6329 Bezel and two 6V-8927 Bolts. Connect the wires from 109-2805 Harness Assembly (D986-PK, 200-BK and D985-BR) to the switch as shown in the illustration.C. No rework is needed for those trucks that have the ARC symbol on the dash.12. Use 3S-2093 Tie Straps as needed to secure new ARC harness to existing harnesses.13. Install the cover that was removed from under the cab.ARC Control Box
1. Apply 3E-9028 Film on 111-6253 ARC Control Box. 2. Install ARC control box to 109-3057 Plate with four 5M-3062 Bolts and four 8T-4896 Washers. 3. Install two 9D-3721 Switches to 2A-7121 Plate with existing hardware. 4. Install 2A-7121 Plate to 109-3057 Plate with 5M-3062 Bolt, 8T-4896 Washer and 6V-8801 Nut.5. Install
