Install Cover As (5) to the chassis by using two Bolts (7) and two Washers (8). Tighten two Bolts (7) to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).

Reconnect 190-8977 Fuel Priming Pump and Water Separator (T) to the wiring harness.

Use one 8T-8912 Bolt (J), one 9N-0869 Hard Washer (K), two 8T-9655 Isolation Mounts (L), one 7X-0613 Hard Washer (M), and one 191-1782 Spacer (N) which were retained in Step 13 in order to begin the installation of 190-8977 Fuel Priming Pump and Water Separator (T) to Cover As (5). Tighten bolt (J) to 28 7 N m (21 5 lb ft).

Use two 7X-0282 Bolts (P), two 9N-0869 Hard Washers (K), six 8T-9655 Isolation Mounts (L), two 7X-0613 Hard Washers (M), two 232-1376 Spacers (R), and 232-1374 Bracket (S) which were retained in Step 14 in order to begin the installation of 190-8977 Fuel Priming Pump and Water Separator (T) to Cover As (5). Tighten bolts (P) to 28 7 N m (21 5 lb ft).

Remove the Plugs (1) that were installed in Step 7.

Reconnect 316-8207 Hose As connection (A) to Elbow As (2). Reconnect 252-5703 Hose As connection (B) to 148-8315 Connector As (D). Tighten hose connections (A) and (B) to 65 6 N m (48 4 lb ft).

Secure the connector for 165-5970 Toggle Switch (H) and the wiring harness to Cover As (5) with two Cable Straps (9) .
