Disassembly
Start By:
Remove the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure. Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, clean the exterior of the component thoroughly. Cleanliness will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Position the assembly of radiator (3) on a suitable surface as shown. Ensure that the coolant inlet and the coolant outlet tube assemblies are not damaged.
Remove bolts (1) from grill (2). Remove the grill from radiator (3).

Remove the nuts and bolts (4) and the nuts and bolts (5) from the radiator (3).
Remove the assembly of air to air cooler (6) from radiator (3).

Loosen the nuts and bolts (7) and the nuts and bolt (8). Loosen the nuts and bolts sufficiently in order to allow the top tank to be removed.
Remove the nuts and bolts (9) and the nuts and bolts (10) from top tank (11).
Remove top tank (21) from side rail (15), and side rail (15) air to air cooler core (14).
Remove air to air cooler core (14) from bottom tank (12).
Remove seal (13) from bottom tank (12).
Remove seal (17) from top tank (11).
