Check the location of marking (6) on the end of the cartridge pins. The marking should be located near the link rail and opposite the master track shoe. If the orientation is not correct, use Tooling (A) to rotate the cartridge pin to the correct position. Apply Tooling (B) to the bores of track master links (5). Install track master links (5).

Install tack shoe (4). Install track master bolts (3) tighten to a torque of 400 25 N m (295 18 lb ft). Then, tighten master bolts (3) an extra 180 5 degrees. Refer to Undercarriage Reconditioning Bulletin , REHS2220 , "Installation and Removal of SystemOne Clamp Master" for more details.

Position track master link (1). Install suitable cribbing under track shoe (2).
Tighten the track tension. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track - Check/Adjust".
