Do not disconnect any air lines until the air pressure is zero.
3. Tag for identification. Disconnect all water hoses and air lines. Remove oil line from backside of compressor (1). 4. Remove coolant conditioner (2). 5. Attach a hoist and strap to compressor (1). Remove two bolts (3) and one nut from the bottom.6. Remove air compressor (1). Weight of the air compressor is 22.7 Kg (50 lbs.). The following steps are for the installation of the air compressor.7. Using a hoist and strap, position compressor (1) and install two bolts and one nut.8. Install coolant conditioner (2).9. Connect oil line on backside of compressor, connect all air lines and water hoses.10. Fill the coolant system. See the Maintenance Guide.11. Install the front hood.
