Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the removal procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.Note: The following procedure is for the installation of one of the four ejector blade pitch rollers. Use the same procedure to install the remaining three ejector blade pitch rollers.

Install roller assembly (10) into carriage (3).

Install boss (5) into carriage (3) and onto roller assembly (10).

Install plate (9) and bolts (8) onto boss (5).

Install inner lock ring (7) into carriage (3).

Install outer split ring (6) into carriage (3).

Install inner split ring (4) into boss (5).

Install outer lock ring (2) into carriage (3).

Align lock ring (2) and install bolts (1). Do not tighten bolts (1) at this time. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Ejector Blade Alignment - Check/Adjust".
Raise the ejector blade from the floor of the truck body. End By:
Install the ejector blade floor rollers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Ejector Blade Floor Rollers - Install".
