One of the solenoid valves is removed from the manifold. The solenoid valve is assembled to the manifold by four socket head cap screws. Disconnect the wiring harness. The manifold has four holes for the flow of hydraulic oil. Install a new orifice in each valve. (A) 180-0813 Solenoid Valve Gp

The orifice is assembled in port (B). Port (B) is the outlet port for the head end of the hydraulic cylinder. The orifice will become loose if the solenoid valve is rotated for assembly. In order to reassemble the valve, hold the orifice in place and slide the valve across the manifold. (A) 180-0813 Solenoid Valve Gp (B) PortNote: Some solenoid valve assemblies may have five ports. Make sure that the new orifice is installed in the correct port.
