Park the machine on a level surface.Attach a "Do Not Operate" warning tag or a similar warning tag to the start switch before you service the equipment. These warning tags (Special Instruction, SEHS7332) are available from your Cat dealer.Required Parts

Behind machine cab
(HARNESS) Connect to harness (12 poles), "K858 YL", "K862 GY", "J807 BK"
(RETRACT) Connect to stem 3 RETRACT solenoid "K862 GY","J807 BK", (connect with white tape)
(EXTEND) Connect to stem 3 EXTEND solenoid "K858 YL","J807 BK"

(2) 7K-1181 Cable Strap
(3) 266-7379 Cable Strap
(4) 495-0605 Valve Harness As
Route and connect harness (2) to the chassis harness and solenoids as shown.
