A - Rubber Lubricant - Start By:
Remove the flexible exhaust pipe.
Remove the crankcase guard.
Drain the cooling system coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Loosen clamp (1) and remove exhaust elbow (2) from the turbo charger .

Remove clamps (3), hose (4), and elbow (5) from engine oil cooler (6).

Disconnect hose assembly (8) and (9). Remove tube assembly (7) and (10).

Remove bolts (11), bolts (12), and engine oil cooler (6).Installation Procedure
Install engine oil cooler (6) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten clamps (3) to a torque of 14 1 N m (124 9 lb in).
Tighten clamp (1) to a torque of 12 4 N m (106 35 lb in).
