Installation Procedure
Check the gaskets for wear or damage. Replace the gaskets, if necessary.

Install the cover, if the cover was removed. Install gasket (23), cover (26), bolt (28) and bolt (27) .
Install water pump (7) on housing (15) .
Install bolt (25), bolt (16) and the washers.
Install bolt (14) and bolt (17) .
Position clip (21) from tube (22) on the cover. Install bolt (20) and the washer.
Position clip (18) and electrical wire (19) on the cover. Install bolt (24) and the washer.
Position the coolant hoses, the bracket, the wiring and clip (12) on cover (26). Install bolt (13) and the washer.

Install hose (10) and tighten hose clamp (9) .

Install the gasket and bolts (8) to water pump (7) .

Remove the plug in hose (6). Connect hose (6) .

Remove the plug in hose (4). Connect hose (4) .
Remove the plug in hose (5). Install hose (5) and tighten hose clamp (3) .

Connect electrical connection (1) .
Position the electrical connection on bracket (2) .
Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities".End By:
Install the water temperature regulator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Water Temperature Regulator - Remove and Install".
Install the alternator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Alternator - Remove and Install".
Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install".
Install the right engine side guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Side Guards - Remove and Install".
