Position washers (10) on both sides of sheave assembly (7) .

Position spacer (6) and washer (9) onto sheave assembly (7) .

Position sheave assembly (4) on top of sheave assembly (7) and spacer (6) . Position washer (8) onto sheave assembly (4) .

Note: Ensure the proper alignment of the sheave assemblies and the washers before attempting to push the pin assembly into position.
Install sheave assembly (4) , spacer (6) (not shown), and sheave assembly (7) in housing (5) . Install pin assembly (2) into position in housing (5) .

Install retainer (3) onto pin assembly (2) . Install bolt (1) .End By: Install the upper boom sheave block. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Boom Sheave Block (Upper) - Install".
