Description of Change: A test ECM is now available. The test ECM will improve troubleshooting. The test ECM is not available through the Caterpillar Parts System. The test ECM must be ordered directly from E&ES Commercial Electronic Systems.Adaptable To: There is a test ECM now available for troubleshooting assistance with 161-2355 Unprogrammed Electronic Control Module .The following software wash file is needed in order to reuse the new test ECM. Test ECM wash file 247-7599. The wash file is available through SIS Web in the Flashfile index.
