A 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound -
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Position the gaskets and cooler bonnet (1) on the transmission oil cooler and the cylinder block. Install bolts (2) .
Install bolts (3) .
Install the O-ring seal on cooler bonnet (1). Apply Tooling (A) to the O-ring seal.
Install O-ring seals (9) in oil filter base (10). Slide engine oil cooler (4) onto the cooler bonnet. Rotate the engine oil cooler into position on the oil filter base.
Install bolts (8) .
Install the O-ring seal on bonnet (7). Apply Tooling (A) to the O-ring seal. Install the integral gasket and the bonnet on the water pump.
Install bolts (6) .
Connect hose assembly (5) .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".

Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".
