Remove the cooling system package enclosure.

Remove bolts (1) and sheet assembly (2).

Remove bolts (3) and bottom guard (4).

Remove two bolts (5).

Install Tooling (A). Remove bolts (6).

Slide vibration damper (7) forward onto Tooling (A).
Attach a suitable lifting device to vibration damper (7). The weight of vibration damper (7) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).
Remove Tooling (A). Remove vibration damper (7).

Remove bolts (8) and pulley (9). Installation Procedure
Install vibration damper (7) and pulley (9) in the reverse order of removal.
