9U-7531 Tube As 2 Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock.
Remove the rear striker bar.
Remove the rear cleaner bars.
Remove the ladder and walkway.
Place suitable blocks in front and in back of the front compactor wheels.

Place a suitable Block (X) between rear axle guard (2) and the frame guard. Repeat this step on the opposite side of the machine.

Position Tooling (A) under the rear frame. Use Tooling (A) in order to raise the machine until compactor wheel (3) is off the ground. Lock Tooling (A) with the locking ring.

Attach a suitable lifting device to compactor wheel (3) . The weight of compactor wheel (3) is approximately 2275 kg (5020 lb).
Remove nuts (4) . Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove compactor wheel (3) from the machine.Installation Procedure
Install compactor wheel (3) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten nuts (4) to a torque of 570 80 N m (420 60lb ft).
