Loosen the clamps and disconnect hoses (15), (16), and (17).
Remove hose (18).

Loosen the nut and disconnect harness assembly (25).

Attach Tooling (A) to main hydraulic pump (39).
Remove two of the clean emissions module mounting bolts and install Tooling (B).
Use Tooling (A), Tooling (B), and a suitable lifting device to support main hydraulic pump (39).

Attach a suitable lifting device to engine (41). The weight of engine (41) is approximately 816 kg (1800 lb).
Remove bolts (42) and engine (41).Installation Procedure
Install engine (41) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (42) to a torque of 520 70 N m (384 52 lb ft).
Tighten bolt (27) to a torque of 30 7 N m (266 62 lb in).
Tighten the bolts for hose assemblies (12) to a torque of 22.5 2.5 N m (199 22 lb in).
