Install washer (21), washer (22), and spring (23) on spool (20).
Install seat (24) on spool (20).

Install spool assemblies (19) in the valve body.

Apply a thin coat of Tooling (C) to packing (17). Install packing (17) in cap (15).
Install new O-ring seal (18) on cap (15).

Apply a thin coat of Tooling (C) to pushrod (16). Install pushrod (16) in cap (15).

Install caps (15) and the pushrods in the valve body.

Install bushings (14) in the cover. Apply a thin coat of Tooling (C) into bushings (14).

Install cover (13) and bolts (12). Tighten bolts (12) in an even pattern. Tighten bolts (12) to a torque of 9 1 N m (80 9 lb in).

Install O-ring seal (11), O-ring seal (10), and O-ring seal (9) in the valve body.

Install new O-ring seal (8) on plug (7).

Install the ball, the spring, and plug (7) in the valve block. Tighten plug (7) to a torque of 27 2 N m (240 18 lb in).

Install valve block (6) and bolts (5). Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 9 1 N m (80 9 lb in).

Install pedal (3) and camshaft (4).

Install setscrew (2) in the pedal.

Install the auxiliary pilot control valve.Installation Procedure
Install auxiliary pilot valve (10) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (8) to a torque of 17 2 N m (150 18 lb in).
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolts (1).
