Remove Grill As (5) .

(6) Bolt (7) Prop Rod
Remove Bolt (6) and Prop Rod (7) .

(8) Clip (9) Bolt
Remove Clip (8) and Bolt (9) .

(10) Boss
Cut the Boss (10). Retain this part.

(A) 49.3 mm (1.9 inch) (B) 402 mm (15.8 inch)
Mark up the new location for Boss (10). Refer to Illustration 5.

Tack weld the Boss (10) .

(3) Stud Ball (10) Boss
Install Stud Ball (3) into Boss (10) on the frame. Torque Stud Ball (3) to 28 7 N m (20.7 5.2 lb ft).

(3) Stud Ball (5) Grill As
Install Stud Ball (3) into the plate in Grill As (5). Refer to Table 2 for the correct Grill As.

Install new Grill (5). Refer to Table 2 for the correct Grill As.

(4) Gas Strut
Orient the ball stud ends of Gas Strut (4) to be facing opposite each other.

(4) Gas Strut (5) Grill As
Install Gas Strut (4). Attach the pin end on the stud ball to the Frame. Attach the rod end on the stud ball to the Grill (5) .

(5) Grill As
Close the Grill (5). Make sure that the Grill opens and closes without interference.
