Personal injury can result working with the tire and rim without precautions.Personal injury can result if the weight shifts and causes movement of the tire and rim.When starting nuts on the studs, do not put your arm between the rim and final drive without first wedging a block of hardwood between the rim and final drive.
Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock.
Place suitable chocks under a tire.

Remove bolts (2) and fender (1).

The weight of plate (3) is approximately 35 kg (77 lb). Remove bolts (4). Use two people to remove plate (3).

Typical Example
Raise the machine with Tooling (A) and position Tooling (B).
Use Tooling (A) to lower the machine onto Tooling (B).

Attach a suitable lifting device to tire and rim (5).
The weight of tire and rim (5) is approximately 209 kg (460 lb). Remove nuts (6) and remove tire and rim (5).Installation Procedure
Install tire and rim (5) in the reverse order of removal.
Ensure mounting faces of the hubs, wheels nuts, and wheel mounting is clean, dry, and free from foreign material.
Apply Tooling (C) to the threads of bolts (6).
Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 550 60 N m (406 44 lb ft).
