Vent the pressure from the hydraulic oil tank.
Install a vacuum device on the hydraulic oil tank to prevent oil loss.
Access the bottom of the hydraulic swivel from below the machine. Clean all hoses, fittings, and tubes in this area.

(3) 7M-8485 O-Ring Seal
Install two connectors (2) using seals (1) and (3) into the swivel.
Reinstall tube assembly (A) and all hoses.
Vent the hydraulic oil tank and start machine to check for leaks.
Operate each stabilizer cylinder at least six times to the fully extended and retracted position. Bring the stabilizer pad to the ground with no machine weight on the stabilizers.

(C) Purge plug
Remove purge plug (C) at the base of each cylinder one at a time and vent any air trapped in these cylinders. Be careful when removing the plugs for any trapped pressure left in the cylinders. Once the plug has been removed, use a small oil can and fill the cylinder with hydraulic fluid and reinstall the plug. Repeat this process on all stabilizer cylinders.
Once all cylinders have been purged, repeat Steps 10 and 11.Note: Continue until all air has been worked out of the lower hydraulic system and cylinders. When removing the purge plug and no air or void is present, the cylinders have been purged completely. If the air has been purged properly, maximum cylinder rod movement inward under heavy loads will be 9.5 mm (0.375 inch). If the cylinder is compressing more than 9.5 mm (0.375 inch), the cylinder should be purged again and condition of the lock valve should be evaluated.
