2. Remove eight bolts and washers (1) and remove turbo cover (2). Remove two bolts (3) and remove oil line (4). 3. Remove two bolts (6) and remove water line (5). 4. Disconnect clamp (7), remove five bolts (8) under cover and remove bottom part of cover. Remove two bolts and remove drain line on turbo. 5. Remove bolts (9) and remove elbow (10). 6. Remove four bolts (11) on large intake tube (12). 7. Remove two bolts (13) and disconnect water line (14). 8. Remove bolts (15) and remove turbocharger. The weight of the turbocharger is 25 kg (55 lb). Install in the reverse order.9. If necessary put a new gasket on the turbocharger. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the bolt threads and install the bolts and nuts to hold the turbocharger. Tighten the bolts and nuts to a torque of 55 7 N m (40 5 lb ft). Inspect all gaskets and replace if necessary.
