The 148-0641 Warning Indicator Module Gp (WITH ALARM) has a visual display and sounds an alarm when the machine control system detects low oil pressure and/or low service brake pressure. Some of the warning indicator modules have a working visual display but a defective audio alarm.Solution

Revision 00 of the 148-0641 Warning Indicator Module Gp (WITH ALARM) has the warning buzzer (1) on a separate circuit board (2) from the visual display. Revision 01 of the 148-0641 Warning Indicator Module Gp (WITH ALARM) has the warning buzzer (1) on same circuit board (3) as the visual display. Refer to Illustration 1. Avoid using the Revision 01 148-0641 Warning Indicator Module Gp (WITH ALARM). If it is necessary to use Revision 01 of the 148-0641 Warning Indicator Module Gp (WITH ALARM) for the repair, advise the customer that if the system detects low oil pressure and/or low service brake pressure that there will be a visual warning, but no audio alarm.
