If the unit already has a 1.5"x3" compliance levellabel that reads "Compliance Level = 2.8", remove this 1.5"x3" label beforeapplying the new 1.5"x3"label.
DO NOT REMOVE the original 2"x9" EmissionsLabel that was applied at the factory!
Apply the new 1.5"x3" label to the valve coverof the engine or a flat piece of the engine close to the original 2"x9"Emissions Label where it can be easily viewed.
