1     4     7X-0567 Hard Washer     The maximum gap between the idler shaft and the roller frame assembly must be less than 1 mm (0.04 inch). As required, use hard washer (1) in order to obtain the required gap. The maximum of three washers per side should be used. The washers must be installed equally on both sides.
Thickness of one washer is
1.0 mm (0.04 inch).    
2     2     8T-6430 Bolt     Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 243 to threads.
Torque to
570 50 N m (420 37 lb ft).
