LINK GP-STABILIZER 3482129 - Caterpillar

1. Disconnect air line (2) to the seat control valve.2. Disconnect air line (1) to the air supply tank.3. Remove two nuts and bolts (3).4. Remove seat leveling valve (4).5. Put seat leveling valve (4) in position. Make sure groove (slot) in lever is put in position on correct bolt. Install two bolts and nuts (3).6. Connect air line (1) from air supply tank.7. Connect air line (2) from the seat control valve.Disassemble And Assemble Seat Leveling Valve
start by:a) remove seat leveling valve Service can be done on assembly only, not on individual parts. If any parts are damaged, make a replacement with a new valve assembly. 1. Loosen nut (1) and remove valve seat (5). Remove seal (2).2. Remove valve (3), spring (6) and retainer (7) from body (8).3. Remove valve (4) from the body.4. Clean all metal parts in clean nonflammable solvent.5. Install valve (4), retainer (7), spring (6) and valve (3) in body (8).6. Install seal (2) and install valve seat (5) and tighten nut (1).end by:a) install seat leveling valve
