Disconnect hoses (37). Disconnect hose assembly (38).

Disconnect hose (40). Remove bolts (39) and position coolant tank (41) out of the way.

Disconnect harness assembly (53). Use two people to remove filter assembly (54) and step assembly (55) as a unit. The combined weight of filter assembly (54) and step assembly (55) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). Remove bolts (52). Remove filter assembly (54) and step assembly (55) as a unit.

Disconnect cable assembly (56).

Repeat Step 33 for the remaining three-pin assemblies.

Attach Tooling (B) and suitable lifting devices to cab (64). The weight of cab (64) is approximately 1270 kg (2800 lb).
Remove bolt (65), washer (66), and mount assembly (67). Repeat for the remaining three mount assemblies.
Remove cab (64).

Position cab (64) onto Tooling (C) and Tooling (D).Installation Procedure
Install cab (64) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten hose assembly (60) to a torque of 21 3 N m (15 2. lb ft).
Tighten ground strap (45) to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
Tighten hose assembly (38) to a torque of 21 3 N m (15 2. lb ft).
Tighten bolts (17), and (18) to a torque of 30 7 N m (22 5 lb ft).
Tighten bolts (7), (5), and (2) to a torque of 28 7 N m (248 62 lb in).
