When reporting the repair, use "PI3272" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3272" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Although this Program is to be administered as described above on the Affected Product, parts should be removed from Parts Stock as soon as possible.

The front and rear bevel gears need to be inspected on certain 966F, 966FII and 970F Wheel Loaders. The incorrect steel was used in the manufacturing of the front and rear axle bevel gears which may result bevel gear failures. These machines should have the front and rear axle bevel gears inspected and if the bevel gears were made from the suspect steel heat code, they need to be replaced.
