Installation Procedure

Install the gasket and elbow (10) on water pump (13). Install bolts (11).
Install the gasket, water pump (13), and elbow (10) on the engine. Install bolts (12) and bolts (8).
Install clip (9) and the bolt to connect the harness assembly to elbow (10).

Slide hose (7) on the elbow. Tighten hose clamp (6).

Connect hose (5) to the water pump and tighten hose clamp (4).
Position hose (3) and clip (2) on the water pump. Install bolt (1).
Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".
