Remove the four screws (G), four washers (H), and four bushings (J) that secure pipe assembly (A) and one pipe assembly (F) between tube assembly (B) and handrail group (L). Discard pipe assembly (A) and pipe assembly (E). Save the hardware.
Remove the two screws (G), four washers (H), and four bushings (J) that secure pipe assembly (E) between pipe assembly (C) and handrail group (K). Discard pipe assembly (E). Save the hardware.
Remove the two screws (G), four washers (H), and four bushings (J) that secure pipe assembly (F) between pipe assembly (D) and handrail group (K). Discard pipe assembly (E). Save the hardware.

Remove the eight bolts (M) and eight hard washers (N) that secure handrail group (K) and handrail group (L) to stairway assembly (R). Discard handrail group (K) and handrail group (L). Save the eight bolts, eight hard washers, and the two bolts (P).

Remove the four nuts (U), two U-bolts (W), and the two plates (V) that secure plate (S). Remove plate (S). Discard all the parts.

Remove the eight bolts (X) and the eight washers (Y) that retain pipe assembly (B). Remove the pipe assembly, and discard pipe assembly. Save the bolts and washers.

Remove the four bolts (M), and the four washers (Z) that secure pipe assembly (C), and pipe assembly (D). Discard both pipe assemblies. Save the bolts and washers.

Use the four bolts (M), and the four washers (Z) that were removed earlier to assemble pipe assembly (1), and pipe assembly (2) to the ladder as shown.

Use the eight bolts (X) and the eight washers (Y) that were saved earlier to attach pipe assembly (3) to the machine.

Use the eight bolts (M), and eight hard washers (N) that were saved earlier to assemble the two blocks (5) to the stairway assembly.
Assemble two bearings (8) into pipe assembly (7). The bushings must be flush with the outside of the pipe assembly. Assemble one quad ring seals (6) inside pipe assembly (7) toward the stairway assembly. Assemble one quad ring seals (6) onto the outside of the outside bearing. Assemble bushing (9) through the centers of the two bearings. Use one bolt (P) that was saved earlier to secure the pipe assembly to block (5).Note: Before assembly, apply 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge (Molybdenum) to the two quad ring seals (6).
Repeat the process in the previous step on pipe assembly (4).

Use two screws (10), two plated washers (11), four quad ring seals (12), and four bushings (13) to install pipe assembly (14) between pipe assembly (2) and pipe assembly (4).Note: Before assembly, apply 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge (Molybdenum) to the four quad ring seals (11).
Repeat the process on the opposite side to connect pipe assembly (15) between pipe assembly (3), and pipe assembly (7).
