Possible injury can result when removing the retaining ring and spring.Spring force will be released when the retaining ring is removed.Be prepared to hold the cylinder assembly as the retaining ring is removed.
Use a suitable press to install bearings (5) and (10) to each end of shaft (3) .
Use Tooling (B) in order to install retaining rings (9) .
Install shaft (3) to housing (1) .
Use Tooling (A) in order to install retaining ring (8). Install retaining ring (8) to housing (1) .
Install cover (7) and bolts (6) .
Install plugs (2) and (4). Fill housing (1) with hydraulic fluid. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Eccentric Weight Housing Oil - Change".Main

Use a suitable press to install bearings (3) and (6) to each end of shaft (5) .
Use Tooling (B) in order to install retaining rings (8) .
Install shaft (5) to housing (2) .
Use Tooling (A) in order to install retaining ring (7). Install retaining ring (7) to housing (2) .
Use Tooling (C) in order to install shaft seal (9). Turn over cover (10) and install shaft seal (9) .
Install cover (10) and bolts (11) .
Install plugs (1) and (4). Fill housing (1) with hydraulic fluid. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Eccentric Weight Housing Oil - Change".End By: Install the vibratory group. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibratory Group - Install".
