Lower the temperature of two bearing cups (11). Install the bearing cups in hub (4) .

Apply 8T-1807 Bearing Lubricant to bearing cone (10). Install bearing cone (10) in hub (4) .

Use tool (A) to install seal (9) in hub (4) .

Install fan pulley (5) on hub (4). Install spacer (8) in hub (4) .

Turn over the fan pulley. Install spacer (7) in hub (4) .

Install bearing cone (6) in hub (4) .

Install hub (4) and fan pulley (5) on shaft (3) .

Install plate (2) and bolt (1) on the shaft. Tighten bolt (1) to a torque of 115 15 N m (85 11 lb ft).End By: Install the fan drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan and Fan Drive - Remove and Install" in this module.
