Remove covers (1) from the spark plugs and adapters.

Use Tooling (A) to remove spark plugs (2). Installation Procedure

Use Tooling (A) to install spark plugs (2). The spark plug gap should be set at 0.64 0.03 mm (0.025 0.001 inch). Tighten the spark plugs to a torque of 35 5 N m (25 4 lb ft).

Install covers (1). Make sure that the cover makes a good connection with the spark plug.
