Install Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to output transfer gear (7) . The weight of output transfer gear (7) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb). Install output transfer gear (7) .

Install Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to bearing cage (4) . The weight of bearing cage (4) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Install bearing cage (4) . Install bolts (3) .

Install Tooling (N) . Rotate the bearing cage until Tooling (N) shows that the bearing is completely seated. Set Tooling (N) to zero. Attach Tooling (Q) and a suitable lifting device in order to lift the gear. This measurement is the bearing end play. End play is 0.025 to 0.075 mm (0.0010 to 0.0030 inch).
