Repeat Steps 4 through 6 for opposite side.
After both pins have been fully installed in the K-pin joints, cycle the lift arms. Cycle the lift arms several times from the fully lowered position to the fully raised position. This procedure will center the lift arms in the loader frame. The machine must be sitting level across the width of the machine in order to properly center the lift arms. Check the lift arms in order to confirm that the lift arms are centered in the loader frame.

There should also be gaps between the lift arm and the front frame at all four locations after shimming the pin

Gap is between the retainer plate bolted to the pin and the insert in the front frame at all four locations
Install 246-6613 Retainer Plates on both ends of each A-pin joint. Use 246-6629 Plates, 272-8140 Plates, and 310-1678 Plates behind the retainer plate in order to achieve a gap of 0.75 0.25 mm (0.030 0.010 inch) between the face of the pin cartridge and the back face of the retainer plate. Use 12 137-3301 Bolts and 12 5P-8247 Hard Washers in order to attach each plate.

Attach a suitable lifting device to fender assembly (12). The weight of fender assembly (12) is approximately 159 kg (350 lb). Install fender assembly (12). Install bolts (13) and (14).
Repeat Step 10 for the opposite side of the machine.
