View From Under Machine3. Remove four bolts (5) from the main drive shaft. Use two persons to remove main drive shaft (3). The weight of the main drive shaft is 34 kg (75 lb). 4. Remove four bolts (6), and remove spider (7) from each end of main drive shaft (3). The following steps are for installation of the main drive shaft.5. Put spiders (7) in position on main drive shaft (3). Install bolts (6). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 135 15 N m (100 11 lb ft).6. Use two persons to position main drive shaft (3), and install bolts (5). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 135 15 N m (100 11 lb ft).7. Put the main drive shaft in position on the transmission yoke, and install bolts (4). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 135 15 N m (100 11 lb ft).8. Put plate (1) in position, and install bolts (2).
