Rework Procedure
Group Number 1
Note: The same rework procedure is used for each group. Refer to Group 1 rework procedure for the process on all machines, but refer to the individual groups for the appropriate torque specifications.
1. Position the machine, as shown on Image 1.2.1.

2. Using tooling A (torque wrench), adjust to 300 Nm and try to loosen the track bolt. Refer to Image 1.3.1.

3. If the track bolt does not move, the bolt is properly tightened. Mark the bolt with paint to be sure to not test the same bolt again, Image 1.4.1. If the track bolt moves, the track bolt is not tightened properly and needs to be replaced. Replace the track bolt and nut, Image 1.4.2. Refer to the tightening specifications for each group.
For group 1, apply the tightening specification indicated below :
Pre-torque (Nm): 400+/- 70
Additional turn: 120 degrees +/- 5 degrees

4. Turn the track to have accessibility to the other track bolts and repeat Steps 2 and 3.
Group Number 2
Refer to Group 1 for the rework procedure and apply the tightening specification indicated below for this group:
Pre-torque (Nm): 500+/- 70
Additional turn: 120 degrees +/- 5 degrees
Group Number 3
Refer to Group 1 for the rework procedure and apply the tightening specification indicated below for this group:
Pre-torque (Nm): 900+/- 100
Additional turn: 120 degrees +/- 5 degrees
Group Number 4
Refer to Group 1 for the rework procedure and apply the tightening specification indicated below for this group:
Pre-torque (Nm): 500+/- 70
Additional turn: 120 degrees +/- 5 degrees
Group Number 5
Refer to Group 1 for the rework procedure and apply the tightening specification indicated below for this group:
Pre-torque (Nm): 500+/- 70
Additional turn: 120 degrees +/- 5 degrees
