Information:
Install grease fittings (1) as shown. Connect hose assembly (6) to tube assembly (8) using seal (12), flanges (16), bolts (21), and washers (23) .
Connect hose assembly (11) to tube assembly (9) using seal (13), flanges (15), bolts (22), and washers (23) .

Remove the bolts used to secure existing clips (Y). Position plates (3) on clips (Y). Position support assembly (7) on top of plates (3). Secure support assembly (7), plates (3), and existing clips (Y) by installing bolts (24) and washers (23)
Secure tube assembly (9) to support assembly (7) using clamps (4), bolts (19) and washers (23) .
Secure tube assembly (8) to support assembly (7) using clamps (18), bolts (19) and washers (23) .

Connect tube assembly (9) to tube assembly (10) using seal (14), bolts (20), and washers (17).
Remove the bolts that secure existing clamps (X) on the right side of the boom.
Position clamps (4) around tube assembly (10). Secure clamps (4) and existing clamps (X) using bolts (21) and washers (23) .
Connect tube assembly (5) to tube assembly (8) using seal (12), bolts (19), and washers (17).
Remove the bolts that secure existing clamps (X) on the left side of the boom.
Position clamps (18) around tube assembly (5). Secure clamps (18) and existing clamps (X) using bolts (21) and washers (23) .

Position plate (2) on the right side of the boom and secure using bolts (21) and washers (23). Secure tube assembly (10) to plate (2) using clamps (4), bolts (19), and washers (23) .
Position plate (2) on the left side of the boom and secure using bolts (21) and washers (23). Secure tube assembly (5) to plate (2) using clamps (18), bolts (19), and washers (23) .
Tighten all hardware to standard torque. Refer to Specifications, SENR3130, "Torque Specifications".
