Control group assembly (2) (located on the right tilt cylinder) is equipped with solid state switches (4) and (5). Switch (5) is for bucket operation and switch (4) is for implement operation. A control switch is located in the operator compartment that will allow the use of either the bucket or implement positioner switch. This will permit the operator to change implements without readjusting the position of the control group.Bucket Positioner Adjustment
1. With engine running, move control switch to bucket position and move the tilt control lever to put the bucket at the correct angle to operate. Move the tilt control lever to the HOLD position. Lower the bucket to the ground and stop the engine.2. Loosen four bolts (8) and move tube assembly (7) until the rear edge of the magnet assembly (1) is even (flush) with the rear edge of forward solid state switch (5). Tighten four bolts (8).3. Make sure that magnet assembly (1) has its longer length parallel (in a horizontal position) to solid state switch (5).4. Measure dimension (A) between magnet assembly (1) and solid state switch (5). The correct dimension is 6 2 mm (.24 .08 in).5. To change dimension (A), loosen two bolts (6) and adjust magnet assembly (1) to solid state switch (5). Move the tilt control lever to the HOLD position. Lower the attachment to the ground and stop the engine.2. Loosen two bolts (3) and move rear solid state switch (4) until the rear edge is even (flush) with the rear edge of the magnet assembly (1). Tighten two bolts (3).3. Make sure that magnet assembly (1) has its longer length parallel (in a horizontal position) to solid state switch (4).4. Measure dimension (A) between magnet assembly (1) and solid state switch (4). The correct dimension is 6 2 mm (.24 .08 in).5. To change dimension (A), loosen two bolts (6) and adjust magnet assembly (1) to solid state switch (4). Tighten two bolts (6).
