Assembly Procedure
Note: Verify that all of the components of the suspension cylinder charging valve are clean and free of foreign material prior to installation.Note: Check all of the O-ring seals and the components for wear or damage. Replace the components, if necessary.Note: Lubricate all of the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Install backup ring (8), O-ring seal (9) and O-ring seal (7) onto check valve (6) .

Install check valve (6) into manifold (1) .

Position payload pressure sensor (4) onto manifold (1). Tighten two bolts (5) in order to install payload pressure sensor (4) onto manifold (1) .

Install two valve assemblies (3) and the washers on manifold (1). Tighten two valve assemblies (3) to a torque of 50 10 N m (36.9 7.4 lb ft).

Install two O-ring seals (2) onto manifold (1) .End By: Install the suspension cylinder charging valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Valve (Suspension Cylinder Charging) - Install".
