Position stick cylinder (8) away from the pin boss. Disconnect grease hose (11) .

Lower stick cylinder (8) away from pin bosses. Disconnect Tooling (B). Lower the cylinder to the ground. The weight of stick cylinder (8) is approximately 272 kg (600 lb).Installation Procedure

Install Tooling (B) onto stick cylinder (8). Install stick cylinder (8) into position. The weight of stick cylinder (8) is approximately 272 kg (600 lb).

Position stick cylinder (8) into the pin boss. Connect grease hose (11) .

Install pin assembly (10) .

Install Tooling (B) to the boom and to stick cylinder (8) in order to support stick cylinder (8) .

Position the rod end of the stick cylinder. Install pin assembly (9) .

Connect hose assemblies (7). Install clamps (6) .

Install a suitable lifting device to boom cylinder (4). Raise boom cylinder (4) .
Move pin (5) to the other side of the boom.
Align pin (5) into the bore of boom cylinder (4) .
Install cap (1) and install bolts (2). Install grease hose (3) .
