Place Tooling (A) in position under lift arms (1), as shown.

Remove pin assembly (2). Lower lift cylinder (3) down on blocking.

Remove bracket (4).

Disconnect brackets (5) and (6) that secure the hose assemblies to the lift arms.

Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (B) and lift arms (1). The weight of lift arms (1) is approximately 1420 kg (3130 lb).
Use Tooling (C) in order to remove pin assembly (7). Repeat for the other side.
Remove lift arms (1).

Remove lip seals (8) from the bores in the lift arms.

Use Tooling (D) to remove the bearings from the pin bores at the rear of the lift arms.

Use Tooling (E) to remove the bearings from the pin bores for the lift cylinder.

Use Tooling (F) to remove bearings from the bucket end of the lift arms. Installation Procedure
Install lift arms (1) in the reverse order of removal.

Press the lift cylinder bearing in to the lift arm to achieve a depth of (Z). Dimension (Z) is 9.50 mm (0.374 inch) in order for seal to seat properly.

Press the bucket end bearing into the lift arm to achieve a depth of (Y). Dimension (Y) is 10.00 mm (0.394 inch) in order for seal to seat properly.

Press the rear arm bearing in to achieve a depth of (X). Dimension (X) is 10.00 mm (0.394 inch) in order for seal to seat properly.
