Valve covers on C9 Engines can potentially crack or oil leakage can occur because the incorrect seal and/or the spacer is installed.Solution
The correct seals and spacers must be used with the proper valve mechanism covers. Failure to use the correct seals and/or spacers on the appropriate valve mechanism covers can result in engine oil leaks and/or failures of the valve mechanism cover.
